Unusually for a brand page, everything here is physically in our yard — DX55 mini to 38-ton DX380. Our stock also covers a niche most yards can't: wheeled excavators (DH150W-7, DH210W-7) that drive between jobsites without a low-bed trailer — popular for municipal and roadside work.
Doosan (now badged DEVELON) is the value sweet spot: Korean engineering and a global parts network at prices clearly below equivalent CAT or Komatsu units, with stronger recognition and resale than Chinese brands. Doosan sold heavily into Chinese fleets, so used supply is deep and prices competitive.
Beyond standard checks: main pump pressure and response under load, swing and travel motor condition, engine blow-by on higher-hour DH units, and on DX-9C machines the electronic engine management. For wheeled units we also check axles, brakes, outriggers, and tires. Every unit ships with photos, videos and serial close-ups before deposit.
Depends on model, year, and hours. The 5.5-ton DX55 mini currently lists at US$9,500 single unit and US$7,400 for 3+ units wholesale; 21-22 ton DH225-class machines and the 30-38 ton DX300/DX360/DX380 classes are quoted per unit by year and condition. Every listed machine shows both single-unit and wholesale pricing.
Yes. Doosan's construction equipment division was renamed DEVELON in 2023 after the sale to HD Hyundai. Used machines built before the rename carry Doosan (or older Daewoo) badges — same factories, same parts network. Parts for used Doosan excavators remain widely available through the DEVELON dealer network.
DH prefixes come from the older Daewoo Heavy generation of the design, while DX marks the newer Doosan generation with updated engines, hydraulics, and cabs. Both series share proven components; DH units are usually cheaper, and DX-9C units add electronic engine management and better fuel economy.
Yes. Wheeled excavators ship by RORO, flat rack, or break bulk depending on the route — RORO is often cheapest because the machine drives on and off the vessel. We prepare invoice, packing list, and customs paperwork, and coordinate loading at the port.
Standard checks plus Doosan-specific points: main hydraulic pump condition and response, swing motor and travel motor operation, engine blow-by and cold start, and on -9C units the electronic engine management and emissions equipment. We provide photos, walk-around and operating videos, and serial close-ups before deposit; third-party inspection can be arranged.
Doosan started in Seoul as a fabric store in 1896. The heavy-industry division (Doosan Infracore) took over Daewoo Heavy Industries' excavator line in 2005. In 2023 it was renamed DEVELON after HD Hyundai acquired the construction equipment business — same Korean engineering, same parts network, new badge. (Bobcat is a different Doosan Group company and wasn't part of that sale — full ownership story here.)
The value sweet spot among global brands: Korean engineering and a worldwide parts network at prices clearly below CAT or Komatsu, with stronger recognition and resale than Chinese-only brands. Doosan is one of the few manufacturers that produces wheeled excavators at volume — useful for buyers who need road mobility without a low-bed trailer.
A typical 20-ton Doosan excavator: machine ~US$18-21k + ocean freight US$3-5k (flat rack or RORO) + port handling & customs duty (varies by country; budget 5-10% of CIF). Mini excavators ship inside a container for lower freight. We prepare the full cost breakdown per unit before you commit.
